This position serves as the welcoming face and voice of the church office while helping coordinate church communications and administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting visitors and answering phones and emails
• Preparing church bulletins, newsletters, and worship materials
• Managing church communications and records
• Creating flyers, announcements, and social media content
• Managing social media and online engagement
• Providing administrative support to the Pastor and church staff
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
• Experience with Canva or basic graphic design preferred
• Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality
🕒 Schedule: 24 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
💰 Pay: $22–$25 per hour
